Swiss based AFIAA purchased 60 Union Street as part of their international investment portfolio and commenced an upgrade of the public spaces and amenities to create 15,000m2 of A grade office space. MAAT collaborated with Monogram Partners to develop a wayfinding strategy and signage design for the commercial and retail property.
Monogram Partners created a logo and brand language as part of the repositioning of the building, drawing from the geometry and detail of the new façade by Custance Associates Australia. Developing the brand into the environment MAAT designed key signage elements as pieces of jewelry, reflecting U60’s positioning as premium commercial office space, and a new home to two leading Australian entertainment and media companies.
